"New and Notable" in iTunes

The Slippery Slope is featured as "New and Notable" in the Higher Education section of audio podcasts on iTunes.  Of course, this might simply be because the podcasts are more new than notable. And, how much competition is there really in the Higher Education podcasts section?  (Apple should add a law category).
